Project 4: XiaoxBao Community Internationalization and Bilingual Operations

Project Background

XiaoxBao Community is a comprehensive charity platform composed of multiple disease-specific patient communities, currently including more than 10 vertical patient communities such as Xiaoyibao (Pancreatic Cancer), Xiaojianbao (GIST), and others. To better serve international patient groups and promote exchange and collaboration among global patient communities, this project aims to advance the comprehensive internationalization of XiaoxBao Community.

Project Goals

  • Brand Internationalization: Establish a unified international brand image, including English naming, logo design, and visual identity system
  • Bilingual Content: Build a Chinese-English bilingual content system covering official website, social media, promotional materials, etc.
  • Community Interconnection: Establish connections with internationally recognized patient organizations, promote experience exchange and resource sharing
  • Multi-platform Operations: Build an international social media matrix to expand global influence
